A few things people usually ask before choosing a plan.
Why pay per event instead of a subscription?
Most people don't run events every week. A monthly subscription doesn't make sense if you're planning a single wedding, school show, or one-off contest. You pay once for the event that needs more than the free tier, and there's nothing to remember to cancel.
What happens after my event is over?
Nothing changes. There's no recurring charge, so your results stay accessible in your dashboard for as long as you want, whether the event was free or paid.
Can I upgrade an event after I've already created it?
Yes. You can upgrade an event at any time, even after it's already live, so it's never too late to unlock more entries or features like a live leaderboard and customizable voting pages.
Do I need a plan for every event, or does it cover my whole account?
Plans are per event, not per account. Every new event starts free, and you only pay for the specific ones that need more entries or features like a live leaderboard and customizable voting pages.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, refunds are available on paid tier purchases. Just submit a request from the settings page with a reasonable explanation, and it'll be taken care of.
